Abstract
|

|
목적 : 본 연구는 간호?간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 업무경험을 분석하는 데 목적이 있으며, 이는 간호사를위한 업무지침 및 가이드라인을 개발하는 데 필수적인 작업이다.
방법 : 2018 년 10 월부터 11 월까지 서울시에 소재하는 간호?간병통합서비스의 간호사 161 명을 조사하였다. 일반적인 특성에 따른 업무 경험의 차이는 독립 t- 검정과 분산 분석으로 분석하였다. 업무경험을 영역과 문항별로 평균을 내어 분석하였고, 변수 간 상관 관계를 Pearson의 상관 계수를 사용하여 구하였다.
결과 : 업무 경험의 하위 영역 중 "더 나은 간호를위한 전진"이 가장 높은 순위를 얻었으며 가장 높은 문항은 "간호?간병 통합서비스 병동 이용에 적합한 환자 분류 기준이 필요하다"(4.39 ± 0.78)이었다. 업무 경험의 하위 범주 간의 상관 관계를 분석 한 결과, "산재된 간호의 어려움" 은"간호에 몰입"(r = -.49, p = <. 001), "간호 전문직의 회복"(r = -.35, p = <. 001), "더 나은 간호를 위한 전진"(r = .48, <001)과 상관관계가 있었다. 임상 경력은 업무 경험과 상관관계가 없다는 것을 보여주었다.
결론 : 전체 의료계의 큰 부분을 차지하고 있는 중소 병원의 간호?간병통합서비스의 질 향상을 위해서는 간호?간병통합서비스의 업무 지침 및 가이드라인이 개발되어야 한다. 나아가 간호?간병통합서비스를 지원하는 정책과 함께 시스템을 실시해야한다.

Purpose: This study was done to analyze the experience of nurses working in comprehensive nursing care unit, which is an essential task for developing job instructions and guidelines for nurses.
Methods: In total, 161 nurses from comprehensive nursing care units in Seoul, Korea were surveyed from October to November 2018. Differences in work experience according to general characteristics were analyzed by independent t-test. The work experience of the nurses was analyzed by ranking the average by category and item, and the correlation between variables was obtained using Pearson correlation coefficients.
Results: Among the sub-categories of work experience, ‘Advance for Better Nursing’ had the highest rank, while the highest item was ‘Patient classification criteria suitable for the use in comprehensive nursing care units are needed’(4.39±0.78). ‘Advance for Better Nursing’ was significantly correlated with ‘Distributed Difficulties of Nursing’(r=.48, p<.001).
Conclusion: To improve the quality of comprehensive nursing care units in small and medium sized hospitals, job instructions and guidelines for comprehensive nursing care should be developed. Furthermore, a system should be implemented along with policies supporting comprehensive nursing care.
